The Outback Core Sleet is a size 1 piece of torso armour. No shop selling it has been reported yet. It is a variant of the Outback Core.
Those on the frontier know that survival is paramount. The tough and lived-in Outback Armor is hewn from reinforced leather, with a thick hooded cowl neck and layered skirting. With the necessary gear, there's no guarantee that you'll live to see another day, but now you've got a fighting chance. The Sleet version is dyed a well-worn grey to keep you subtle, but not unsightly.
